What is the delivery time for my order?

What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
Our delivery times are currently 4 to 6 working days. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven't received your order, please send an email to info@volarra.com. We will then investigate the status of your parcel.

What are the costs of returns?
Returning items to us is at your own expense. The costs will vary depending on the courier service. Please refer to the website of your chosen courier for detailed information on prices.


What if I haven't received my order confirmation email?
Sometimes emails end up in spam folders. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam inbox. If it's not there, kindly send an email to info@volarra.com with your full name and email address, and we'll assist you promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Kindly send an email to info@volarra.com
